Boavista Golf Course
Boavista offers two distinct parts – the Resort Section (the 1st to the 3rd and the 13th to the 18th) and the Country Section (the 4th to the 12th) – which provide a variety of attractive and interesting holes. From the first tee shot to the last putt, the course offers an enjoyable range of very individual golf holes which offer varying challenges for all levels of golfer.

Palmares Golf Course
Palmares was opened in December 1975 and in more recent year has been the course chosen to hold such important competitions as the TAP Open in 1984 and 1985. The European Zone Qualifying Competition for the XXXII World Cup was held at Palmares in October 1985. Every year in February the Almond Blossom Amateur Tournament, 2004 the 27th edition, attracts visitors from many European countries, and is one of foremost amateurs competitions held in Portugal.

Pestana Alto Golf Course
This is a legendary golf course; the last designed by architect Sir Henry Cottons, features the 600 meter par 5 known as the “Sir Henry challenge”, and what a challenge it is!

Pestana Gramacho & Pestana Vale da Pinta
After his success designing the Vale de Pinta course, Ronald Fream teamed up with the former world No. 1 Nick Price to create the unique design of Gramacho. With 18 holes and 27 greens, plus numerous different tee points, players are able to enjoy the same course time and time again but always with slightly different challenges. Apart from the fantastic golf design, Ronald and Nick managed to incorporate the traditional landscape by utilizing the natural stone outcrops, historical dry stone walling and existing ancient trees with some artfully sculpted lakes and bunkers. The effect is a wonderful journey through the countryside.

Morgado do Reguengo Golf Course
Morgado do Reguengo Golf Club opened in 2001. It is located in Portimão on the way to Monchique (about 6 km from Praia da Rocha). The Morgado Course is 18 holes, par 73 and 6999 metres from the professional tees. This is a very enjoyable course, away from the madding crowd, lined with vineyards and fig trees on the course. The front nine is flatter with lakes and the back nine is more rolling. Large greens. Can be played by players of all levels, but long hitters will especially enjoy this course.
