Algarve Guide: Events in March 2009
Officially the Spring starts in May, but around March in the Algarve you can already feel it in the air. The flowers blossom and the warm days start to make you feel energetic and inviting for a walk in the beach or the country side. Which makes the perfect scenery for the events that start to emerge by this time.
Together with the beautiful view of the almond trees in blossom, you can go to events like the Festival of Gastronomy of the Serra in Tavira or the 16th Traditional Sausage Fair of ther Serra de Monchique.
